Olive was looking so cute, I just had to snap some pictures.

Olive was born on May 16th 2012 6lbs. 5oz. 20 1/2 ins. 

We went in at 8:45 and had her at 5:45. When they stared me, the baby wasn't head down, she had been the day before but she just kept moving around. Things got kinda of intense and painful, they would turn her and then she would turn back. After they broke my water she turned again, dang girl didn't want to come out. Anyway, they got here turned again and she finally stayed in place. 

I wasn't progressing very fast at first, I was at a 3 for most of the day. Around 4:30 my midwife decided to put a large peanut shaped ball between my legs. After a bit I stared to feel pretty heavy contractions on my left side, even with an epidural. My body seemed to like the large peanut between my legs because I went from a 6 to a 10 in around 15minutes. It was a good thing that I progressed so fast because the baby's heart kept dipping with every contraction and my midwife was worried that they might have to do an emergency c-section. When I did push her out, the cord was around her neck. 

She was fine though, she was really pail and blue, but she was doing great! 

We love her so so much! She is such a good baby and eats A LOT!!
