Baby's Room

I finally finished her room. Its seems a little crowded but I think she'll like it. I ended up painting the chair white, and just to clear things up, my sister in-law Rachel gave it to me, thanks Rach!

The Lucy blocks didn't turn out exactly how I wanted, but whatever, she wont even care for like 12 years hopefully.

It was my birthday on the 28th of March. Yep, I'm 23.

Happy Birthday to my brother in-law Joseph Blackburn, it was on the 20th. He turned 25!
My sister Rachael Blackburn turns 25 on the 9th of April

My other brother in-law Jarom Bowman, he turned 22 on the 14th of March

My nephew Kaelen Heileson. He will be turning the big number 1 on Friday the 4th.
My friend Natalie Roos turns 24 on the 22nd of April
and My other friend Mel turns 24 on the 25th of April

Oh, just to throw it in there cuz its awesome! My beautiful cousin Molly got married on the 14th of March!

Nine Months

I have two weeks to go! Yipee!! Sometimes I feel way excited about her coming, but other times it scares me to death. Not just bringing her home, but giving birth and nursing. I know I can do it but Im not sure how well Im going to handle it.

Sorry I thought this was a pretty funny picture when I walked into the room, a classic. Yeah its not his best view, although he might disagree, but I guess it comes with the job and title (kind of). He is such a great sport. Hopefully he can handle the dirty work when Lucy gets here.

6 1/2 More Weeks!

I am very excited to say I am almost done! Other than the leg cramps at night and the shortness of breath, I feel great! I went to the doc. last week and she said the baby is measuring perfect. The doc had a hard time measuring her cuz she was up under my ribs. I guess she is running out of room in there, poor girl. . Her room is just about done. I am so excited about that. Sometimes Ill come home from work, go and sit in her room, and look at her little cloths and things... Ive been feeling very impatient lately. My debate now is if I should go buy maternity clothes or just wait it out a little longer. I am still using the band for my pants, which wont last much longer and my shirts are getting a little on the tight side. Any suggestions?

New at Our House

I re-painted an old desk that my brother gave me. It's my new
favorite around the house. I wish I had before pictures. But trust me, you wouldn't have recognized it. A good friend gave us their old cafe table. I love free things. But it wasn't the best color for our house, so I sanded and re- stained it and now it's perfect.

This is our new clock we got from Angelene and Enoch for Christmas. It has also become one of my favorites.
