Goodbye Mr. Gecko

Our beloved Mr. Gecko died today on April 9, 2008. He was a great gecko with many talents. He could change color faster than you could blink. Green, brown, and purple were his favorite colors to change into. Mr. Gecko bore two children in his life, here in the Bowman house. Although Mr. Gecko is in fact actually a girl, we never referred to him as one.
Mr. Gecko's children, fortunately, will not miss him. They too have passed on. About a month ago, Josh was climbing out of bed, hap-hazardously, when he accidentally smashed flat one of the baby geckos under his foot. Later in the month. I was checking our mouse trap when I came across the second baby gecko, that had been missing for several weeks, he got stuck in our sticky trap. On a happy note, they are all together again.
Although we do not know the cause of Mr. Geckos death. We suspect loss of his children, we think he was starving himself. Wasn't able to deal with the loss... Josh buried him outside by the telephone pole. He will be missed here in the Bowman house.

Life is how you make it

Josh took me to the Winter Ball. It was held on a cruse ship called "Star of Honolulu". I'm not sure why they call it "Winter ball" in April, in Hawaii... Well we had a blast!! Our friends Len and G, paid for our tickets for our birthdays (We owe you) There was a live band and a DJ for dancing, there was also a lot of eating, and relaxing. I got our outfits for $9 together. I'm such a great bargain shopper. Although Josh's suit was a little snug. He had to unbutton his pants every time he wanted to sit down... He sure did look handsome though.

"I'm flying Jack!"

I cut Josh's hair for the first time. It took me almost a year to convince him to let me do it.

Finally he realizes he should always listen to his wife.

We have been having fun and working hard... pretty much just having fun though. For my birthday we ate at a Thai resturant went Kayaking. It was pretty awesome! We saw turtles and dolphins. I fell like I'm living in the movie Lost. (I get to see the cast sometimes, they come into the spa for treatments) I really need to stop watching it. Me and Josh have just started on the second season, we are trying to catch up.

We also visited the Polynesian Cultural Center... this is Te'o-Tafiti... the fire dancer
