We went to make our doctors appointment for our ultra sound, to find out the sex of our baby. Well you see I'm 18 weeks, so naturally I was hoping to go in two weeks to find out. But to our luck, they didn't have an opening for another 4 weeks, too busy. What is going on? Cant they just let me come in for two minutes. If anyone has any idea on how I can find out the sex of our baby sooner, please let me know. And wow do I have gas... ha ha, sorry. Okay, I know that probably doesn't seem appropriate, but I didn't realize how bad it gets.
On a positive note, pregnancy is awesome right now. For the last couple days our baby has been kicking and moving like crazy! He seems really active (HE is what we call it for now).

Congrats!!!!! You can order that test that tests if you have the male chromazon (spelling???) floating in your system. If you do it's a boy. If not it is a girl. I have no idea where they sell it those. It might be $$$$.
I hear you on the gas!! And yesterday I joined the puking club. I'm NOT happy about that. I'm so jealous that you get to feel "him" kicking.
P.S. We call ours a she for now, so I guess they can get married!
I know there's a place in utah in the mall where they do ultrasounds, but you were just there. that sucks.

When I found out the sex of Clara, the ultrasound took 40 minutes b/c they have to measure all the body parts and mark sure the heart and other organs are working and that the baby doesnt have certain defects. I dont know if you would be able to go in for only 2 minutes. Its worth the wait though:) Also, I would rather go in later than sooner because sometimes they cant tell from the genitals. You dont want to decorate for a girl, then find out its a boy! Anyway, let us know when you find out what it is:) Congrats, I am very excited you are preggo:)
