The Jillian Michaels DVD has 2 levels that are each 30 minutes long.
I had to work up to it, but every other day I do both levels.
Some days, when I need to change things up, I do level one or two with Turbo Jam's 20 min. workout.
And sometimes when I really DO NOT feel like working out, I turn some music on and Lucy and I dance! I know that sounds weird, but it is much funner than running and Lucy loves it. Its great for her and all that energy she has, she seems to go down for naps much easier after as well.
I have also recently tried a Zumba class that I plan to add to my routine.
Working out can be fun I promise!

I love the Jillian Michaels work outs. They are awesome! I'm trying to do P90X again, on the days I have time. And wow those will kick your butt!
