I'm frustrated with, in no particular order...

#1. I don't know if you can tell what's happening here, but I am using a clock and body lotion to hold my cord in the socket. All of our outlets seem to be a little big, loose, installed wrong, whatever it is, my plug-ins always fall out.

#2. The little bit of hair that lays against the back of my neck that always seems to get all tangled up into a big rats nest that seems to take 50 minutes to comb out. I'm half tempted just to cut it out rather than take the time to brush through it. I guess you would have to see it to know what I'm talking about.

#3. The doctors that keep telling me to give Lucy Carnations Instant Breakfast and Miralax and eliminate water and juice from her diet. Why don't they try to dig a little deeper and find out the real issue here.

Okay, just a little recap on Lucy. Sometime around the fall of last year, Lucy had been getting a Rectal Prolapse (Rectal prolapse occurs when the tissue that lines the rectum falls down into or sticks through the anal opening.) Obviously I was a little startled when I saw it. We took her to the doc, they ran a few test and did an x-ray of her stomach and come to find out she is EXTREMELY backed up, through and through and her intestines are inflamed. So they put her on Miralax, a stool softener, and Carnations Instant Breakfast, because she doesn't gain wait.
This is the thing, they cant tell me why she's backed up because, quote "there are too many things that can make a child/person constipated so its almost impossible to narrow it down, and its not rare for a child to be constipated."
I guess my frustration is that after 5 months of Carnations and Miralax, she still has her prolapse, and still weighs 19lbs. And, maybe this is just me, but being constipated and being EXTREMELY backed up are two different situations. She doesn't have a hard time relieving herself, but something is making her little intestines get backed up. And the docs tell me I need to continue this little regimen of chocolate mike and stool softener for 6 months to a year. What happens after that? We still haven't solved anything about her intestines.

#4. Pride... I'm the first to admit that I have a problem with this, most human beings do. But I have been seeing pride quite a bit lately. Why do people let pride get to them so badly that they have to go against what they know is right, just to prove a point. It's really sad when this causes a marriage to fail or an individual to be unhappy.

#5. The baby shoes that I cant seem to sew right. I've made 8 little shoes with adorable fabric and none of them are to my liking... Why oh why cant I get it right?

#6. I love my little Lucy, but for the past couple weeks she has been waking herself up between 5:15am and 5:50am and staying up till her nap at 12. Is it horrible that I turn on "Ariosto Cats" for her so I can go back to bed?

#7. Josh grabbing my cheeks every 5 minutes like he's my great aunt and I'm his little niece with chubby cheeks... I love Josh completely, but come on, I'm over the cheek squeeze... and he knows this.

But I'm not frustrated with this...

That outlet thing must be a Spokane thing. ALL the outlets in my parents house are crap.

Poor baby. And I know how you feel about docs not doing anything to help. We finally hopefully will get Bellas problem fixed after 2 years of fevers. And I do the same thing when Bella whales up at the crack of dawn. Miss you guys wish we could see you this trip.
